World Coffee Research On Boarding Meeting: May 14th - all those who sign up with WCR by May 12th will be included in this meeting.
Monthly Training ZOOM: May 16th. 2:30 P.M. PST
Weekly Q&A - New Partner ZOOM: May 2nd, May 16th, May 23rd and May 30th all at 1:00 PST.
No Weekly Meeting on 5/9, 6/6 or 7/4
Monthly All Partner Meeting: May 30th. 9:00 A.M. PST
Fulfillment times on all lines is 1-3 business days.
For those of you selling on Tik Tok, you know we have worked hard to meet the 3 day shipment time requirement and yes, we too received the notice that required fulfillment times are going to be shortened to 2 business days. Practically speaking and particularly during the holidays and other high volume times, we will not be able to provide 2 day fulfillment times on all orders. We are working on a solution but for those of you actively selling on TT, please forward an end of day notice including your order# sold and we will expedite those orders to be sure they meet the new requirement. This does not impact any other platform orders or processes.

If you missed the April partner meeting, be sure to join the mid month training (May 16th) we will briefly review and discuss how the current demand trends impact how we need to be selling and how buyers want to connect with our brands. The shift in the past 3 years is dramatic. Don't miss out on this info.
Certifications for Credibility:
The interest sheets are still open for the various brand certifications. If you are interested in WCR, Fairtrade, Trees for Education or getting Kosher certified, be sure to sign up.
